We can devise a bespoke menu, individually tailored to your and your guests’ tastes, or even build a menu around a specific theme. In the past we’ve created menus for Wild West, Medieval and Caribbean themed parties so we’re used to unusual requests and relish the opportunity to set our chefs a challenge!
Richard Sim, our Executive Chef (and also Executive Chef of the Alnwick Garden) has over 20 years experience in working at some of the country’s most coveted restaurants and was recently awarded the accolade of North East Chef of the Year. Richard specialises in producing dishes of exceptional quality using ingredients sourced from the region’s finest artisan producers.
A discreet, professional service
Our team of waiting staff are well experienced in catering for all kinds of events, from large formal corporate functions to relaxed private parties and adopt a discreet, professional manner at all times.
We can provide a complete service including a private chef to cook in your own kitchen, waiting and cocktail staff, live entertainment and a full crockery, cutlery and glass set if required. However, if you prefer we can simply deliver the dishes freshly prepared in our own kitchens and ready to serve, we’ll even let you take credit for the cooking!
